Hi everyone! We're Jumping Out of a Plane for Helping Herts! On Behalf of Seen Services – Support Us Today! We’re a group of slightly mad but deeply passionate colleagues from Seen Services who have decided to take fundraising to new heights—literally!
My story
We’re a group of slightly mad but deeply passionate colleagues from Seen Services who have decided to take fundraising to new heights—literally. This year, Bradley Lucas, Darran White, Dan Barnes, and Shogun Lamsombut will be throwing themselves out of a perfectly good plane to raise money for an incredible cause: Helping Herts.
Why Helping Herts?
Helping Herts is an umbrella charity that brings together a network of Hertfordshire-based organisations working tirelessly to support some of the most vulnerable members of our community. Their mission is to unite and amplify the impact of charities across the county. The causes they support include:
Children’s mental health
Support for young carers
Aid for families facing hardship
Help for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
Community programs tackling food insecurity and social isolation
Through collective fundraising, Helping Herts empowers local charities to continue their essential services, changing lives right here on our doorstep.
Why Skydiving?
Because it’s bold, it’s terrifying, and it’s the kind of challenge that shows just how far we’re willing to go to help others. For us, this skydive is more than a personal adrenaline rush—it’s a leap of hope for children and families who need it most.
